I understand that State Law requires the collection of 9% sales tax on food and beverage sales. Main Street Pascagoula will collect tax fees at the event.

I understand set up will begin at 8 am for food vendors at Pascagoula Beach Park located at 600 City Park Drive, Pascagoula, Mississippi.

I understand that I am REQUIRED to stay the entire duration of the event (noon until 8 pm). Vendors will not be allowed to leave until the event is over at 8 pm.
