I understand that State Law requires the collection of 7% sales tax on non-food items. Main Street Pascagoula will collect tax fees at the event.

I understand set up will begin at 10 am for arts/crafts/informational vendors at Pascagoula Beach Park located at 600 City Park Drive, Pascagoula, Mississippi.

I understand that I am REQUIRED to stay the entire duration of the event (noon until 8 pm). Vendors will not be allowed to leave until the event is over at 8 pm.
